Common questions
- Bug or something broken — email what you expected, what happened, and your iOS version if you know it.
- Delete your account — in the app: Settings → Delete account. Or write to the support email and we will help.
- Subscription / billing — purchases go through Apple. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Readings — natal charts, tarot, and numerology in Nyxora are for entertainment and reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
