Terms of Use
The rules for using the Nyxora iOS app and any optional subscription.
1. Agreement
By downloading or using Nyxora, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Nyxora provides astrology, numerology, and tarot-related features for personal reflection and entertainment. Content is generated from the data you enter and our in-app engines. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Nyxora for decisions that require a qualified professional.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes cloud account data we control and clears local data on that device, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt our systems or other users.
- Use Nyxora to harass, abuse, or violate applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or republish our content or systems except as allowed by law.
- Submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive feedback content.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a paid auto-renewable subscription. Subscriptions are sold only through the Apple App Store. We do not sell subscriptions on a website or by any other payment method.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Prices are shown in the app and may vary by storefront. Apple’s terms apply to billing, refunds, and restores.
Free features may be limited (for example number of charts or certain tarot tools). Limits are described in the app and may change.
6. Intellectual property
Nyxora, its design, text libraries, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app as provided through the App Store. You do not acquire ownership of the app or its content.
7. Third-party services
Nyxora uses third-party services such as Apple, Google Firebase, and Google Sign-In (if you choose that sign-in). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose beyond entertainment and personal reflection.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Nyxora. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app subscription in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 10, if no such payment applies.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using Nyxora at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
